Die <strong>etwa 15 km<\/strong> von unserem <strong>Hotel in Silvi<\/strong> entfernte Stadt in den Abruzzen ist die gr\u00f6\u00dfte der Region und bietet Besuchern <strong>wundersch\u00f6ne Str\u00e4nde<\/strong> und eindrucksvolle Monumente, die es zu entdecken gilt. Obwohl seine Urspr\u00fcnge fast v\u00f6llig unbekannt sind, <strong>hat Pescara eine sehr alte Geschichte<\/strong>, wie die 6000 Jahre alten Funde auf dem Colle del Telegrafo beweisen. <strong>Das Herz der Stadt ist die Piazza della Rinascita<\/strong>, allgemein bekannt als<strong>&#8218;Piazza Salotto<\/strong>&#8218;, um die herum sich die bekanntesten Clubs und trendigsten Gesch\u00e4fte <strong>Pescara ist eine Stadt mit einem im Wesentlichen modernen Erscheinungsbild<\/strong>, in der es neben der Erinnerung an das, was verloren gegangen ist, auch wichtige Spuren der Vergangenheit geh\u00f6ren die <strong>Kathedrale San Cetteo<\/strong>, ein eindrucksvolles religi\u00f6ses Bauwerk, das zwischen 1933 und 1938 auf den \u00dcberresten der alten Kirche Santa Gerusalemme errichtet wurde und von Gabriele D&#8217;Annunzio sehr begehrt war; die <strong>Basilika der Madonna der Sieben Schmerzen<\/strong>, ein religi\u00f6ses, historisches, k\u00fcnstlerisches und kulturelles Wahrzeichen der Stadt Pescara, das seinen H\u00f6hepunkt mit dem Fest der Madonna der Sieben Schmerzen am ersten Sonntag im Juni erreicht; der <strong>arch\u00e4ologische Park Colle del Telegrafo<\/strong>, in dem \u00dcberreste aus pr\u00e4historischer Zeit entdeckt wurden das <strong>Museo casa natale Gabriele D&#8217;Annunzio (Museum des Geburtshauses von Gabriele D&#8217;Annunzio<\/strong>), in dem der Dichter geboren wurde und in dem man heute Einrichtungsgegenst\u00e4nde, historische M\u00f6bel und Gegenst\u00e4nde aus dem Besitz der Familie sowie D&#8217;Annunzios spektakul\u00e4rste Taten bewundern kann; das<strong> Museum der V\u00f6lker der Abruzzen<\/strong>, das im Geb\u00e4ude der Bourbonenb\u00e4der untergebracht ist und in dem Artefakte und Zeugnisse des Lebens in den Abruzzen von der Vorgeschichte bis zur industriellen Revolution aufbewahrt werden; und das <strong>D&#8217;Annunzio-Reservat<\/strong>, das auch als D&#8217;Avalos Pinienwald bekannt ist und einen kleinen See sowie einige Geb\u00e4ude von historischem Wert wie die ehemalige Aurum-Fabrik beherbergt.   <\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure finden wichtige Veranstaltungen statt, darunter <strong>Pescara<\/strong> Jazz, ein internationales Jazzfestival, das jedes Jahr in Pescara abgehalten wird, und der <strong>Ennio Flaiano International
