Regulation of the loyalty program Hotel Cirillo LOVERS

HC LOVERS is the DI MECO family loyalty program whose goal is to recognize and reward guests’ trust and preference for the Hotel Cirillo Family Club.

1) TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A. Membership in the HOTEL CIRILLO LOVERS program is free and open to anyone over the age of 18.
B. After joining and accepting the respective terms and conditions, a virtual card (note, virtual!) will be awarded.
C. Participation in program benefits is personal and non-transferable and cannot be transferred to third parties.
D. In accordance with the current Data Protection and Privacy Policy, which can be viewed online at www.hotelcirillo.it and as a condition for joining the HC LOVERS Loyalty Program, the member expressly authorizes the computerized processing of their respective personal data (name, e-mail) for the purpose of information, promotion and communication of HC LOVERS’ services and offers, being able to exercise their data protection and privacy rights at any time by e-mail addressed to info@hotelcirillo.it
E. Sogea Ltd. reserves the right to change or cancel the terms, conditions and benefits of the HC LOVERS program, at any time, without prior notice and without assumption of liability to program members.
F. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may request cancellation of your membership by e-mailing info@hotelcirillo.it

2) BENEFITS.

A. 10% discount on available rates (“Flexible” and “Nonrefundable”) on all reservations made directly with the hotel –
through the Reservations Department (by phone or e-mail) or the website www.hotelcirillo.it
B. Special offers created exclusively for members of the HC LOVERS program. These offers will be communicated by e-mail only.
C. Extension of all HC LOVERS program benefits to the virtual cardholder’s family and friends (reservation request must be made by the owner).
D. Direct access to all our exclusive news and information.

3) CONDITIONS FOR THE USE OF BENEFITS

A. You must always mention your membership status or you will not receive the respective benefits. To do so, you must identify yourself via your e-mail address.
B. Program discounts and/or benefits are not retroactive or combinable with any other
campaigns or promotions, unless expressly stated to that effect in the campaigns in question.
C. All reservations are subject to the deposit/guarantee, payment and cancellation policies of the rate under which they are made.
